So it's been over a year but Im back

I know it has been awhile and I am pretty sure no one checks my blog anymore. But I started looking over it to show my before pictures to some clients at work and realized I really missed blogging. So here I am back in the saddle again at 12:21am I should totally be in bed I have to get up in the morning and be perky. I teach a step class at 9am.
