BTW, the other day at one of the orientation activities at the hospital, they announced that Eric Gundersen was going to be speaking to us. I full on had to do a double take and tell myself, "hold on! No, it's not Eric here to play the organ. Yes, there is someone else named Eric Gundersen" (his grandfather, Adolf Gundersen, moved from Norway to La Crosse). It was pretty trippy. He told us the history of the Gundersen Lutheran hospital and it was really cool. Anyway, for a second I was totally prepared to see Eric walk around the corner!
